Agent Login
There are two ways that an agent or interviewer can log into the Survox Dialer.

The first way is through access with a unique agent login and password. This requires that the agent or interviewer is registered with the network Asterisk PBX. (Note: Network/Systems Administrators should refer to the “agents.conf” for examples on how to set this up or notify a Survox Technical Support Engineer for further information.)

The second way allows the agent or interviewer to call into the PBX where they will be prompted by the Survox dialer for their unique password. Once the agent or interviewer enters their password using their home phone or soft phone they are immediately logged into the Survox dialer as a remote interviewer.
