Shop and Server
Manage Shop enables the manager (super user) of an environment to start and stop a study server. Please use caution when using these features.

| Start | Start a Study Server. |
| Stop | Shutdown a Study Server. |
| Employee Roster | Add, edit or delete users in the Employee file. |
| Set Sample Options | Set WebSurvent Sample Options to match the sample options page. |
| Set Phone Parameters | Settings include timezone control, time of day, number of attempts. |
| Dialer Configuration | Set dialer parameters for all studies. |
| Dialer Test | Test dial a number with a dialer. |
| Dialer Control | Start and stop communications between the StudyServer and a dialer. |
| DNC Manage | Select shopwide DO NOT CALL files to use across all studies. |
| DNC Upload | Upload DO NOT CALL files to create new or add to existing shopwide files. |
