Convert

The convert option can be used to convert your sample records out to Ascii.  When converting your sample, you have the capability of converting all sample records, or using a base to select certain records to output. The convert option will also create a .hed file which contains the shopfile parameters for that study. A .hed file is required to read back in when importing Ascii fone files. Once your sample is converted, you can download it to your desktop for viewing.

An .asc extension will automatically be added to your output file name even if you’ve already given it your own extension.  You cannot use your studycode as your output file name.
