Session by Times

The Session by Times report produces time spent on completes, resolved calls, active calls and suspends to be called back. It also tracks how long an interviewer has been inactive whether they are between interviews, on a break, on lunch or in a meeting. You can also track how long a specific interviewer or study has been monitored and how much time has been spent on coding that job. You can use this report to track interviewer as well as study information across specific time periods.

  1. Click on the Project Tracking Tab
  2. Click Session Reports
  3. Click Session by Times
  4. Select the environment from the drop down menu
  5. Click the “Go” button
  6. Select Row to report on: Interviewer, Study or Dates
    1. If Interviewer is selected, choose the interviewers from the drop down menu, then select a date or date range to report on
    2. If Study is selected, choose the studies from the drop down menu, then select a date or date range to report on
    3. If Dates are selected, select a date or date range to report on
  7. Select Sort by: Interviewer, Study or Dates
  8. Select the date range to report on
  9. Click the “Run Report” button
  10. If the report already exists, a popup menu will appear asking you if you want to overwrite the report. Click the “Overwrite” button to overwrite it or the “Cancel” button to cancel the report creation
  11. The report will popup in a separate window
  12. You can download the session_by_times.html report as a zipped file

Report Information

The Session by Times report includes the following information:

Total Sessions Number of sessions
Total Session/Connected time (in hours) Amount of time for both active and inactive dialings
Total Active time(in hours) Amount of time that interviewers have been ACTIVE (dialing, collecting data or in an interview)
Time on Phone (in hours) Total phone time for both active and resolved calls
Time on Resolved Calls (in hours) Amount of time spent on resolved calls
Time on Active Calls (Timed, no answer, other)(in hours) Amount of time on active calls (not resolved)
Time on Suspends (in hours) Amount of time spent on call backs to be completed (suspends)
Time on Completed Resumes (in hours) Amount of time on resumed callbacks to be completed
Time Between Interviews (in hours) Amount of time between interviews (not interviewing)
Time on Break-paid (in hours) Amount of time on Break (not interviewing)
Time on Lunch-unpaid (in hours) Amount of time on Lunch (not interviewing)
