Resolve Numbers

The Resolve Numbers feature resolves sample with a status 955 immediately upon issuing the command.  When issuing this command, you will be prompted for a select statement. You can use the keyword ALL to resolve all of the numbers or you can enter a select statement to resolve certain numbers.

  1. Click on the Manage Tab
  2. Click Manage Sample
  3. Click Resolve Numbers
  4. Select a study from the drop down menu
  5. Click the “Resolve Numbers” button
  6. Specify the Select Statement or select the check box to resolve all of the numbers
  7. Specify KILL Type
    • Kill #, do not note in call history
    • Kill #, but save record of kill in call history
    • Choose a status to save from 2-99. The default status is 955.
  8. Click the “OK” button
