View On-Demand Tables

On-Demand Tables that have been saved during the Run process will be listed under View.

  1. Click the Data Analysis Tab
  2. Click On-Demand Tables
  3. Click View
  4. Select a project from the drop down menu
  5. Click the “Go” button

The On-Demand tables your user has access to will appear in a list on the screen.

A table will NOT appear in View if you’ve set security and the user logged into the Console does not have access to that table. By setting security on tables, clients can have access to different tables. Click on the table you want to see and it will appear in a separate window. Non-Survox Console users will have to access the reports outside of the Survox Console with the link and username/password set up for them if you set security on the files during the “Run” phase.

When viewing On-Demand reports, you will see 4 columns:

  1. The first column shows the display name of each report with it’s URL. These clickable links will open the On-Demand table in a separate browser window.
  2. The second column is a display of the On-Demand table report link that can be copied & pasted into your browser
  3. The third column shows the date and time of when the On-Demand table report was last run
  4. The fourth column gives you the ability to delete the On-Demand table
    1. If you wish to delete a report, click on the red ‘X’ next to the report



Viewing Tables Outside Survox Console

To give On-Demand Table access to non-Survox Console users, it is highly recommended to set a username and password when saving the table. You can then supply your client with a link to the table and the appropriate user name and password to access the On-Demand tables.
