Delete your Questionnaire
You can delete your questionnaire in Design View.
NOTE: Once you delete your questionnaire, there is no undo feature.

Click the Design View tab

On the right side of the screen, click the “Delete Questionnaire” button

A popup box will appear asking you if you are sure you want to delete your entire questionnaire

If you want to delete your entire questionnaire, click the “Yes” button

This will delete the entire questionnaire

If you do not want to delete your questionnaire, click the “No” button to exit and return to Design View
A popup box will appear asking if you want to delete your entire questionnaire. Once you click the “Yes” button, there is no undo feature.
All questions will be removed from the questionnaire.
