Allows a user to stop, pause, and resume dialing on a selected study.

In Dialer Control there are three functions:

• Stop Dialing – Allows a user to stop dialing on a selected study.
• Pause Dialing – Allows a user to pause dialing on a selected study.
• Resume Dialing – Allows a user to resume dialing on a selected study.

These functions are different from the Manage – Shop and Server – Dialer Controls. These are used for selected studies.

1. Click on the Manage Tab
2. Click Study Control
3. Click Dialer Control
4. Select a project from the drop down menu
5. Select a dialer command from the Dialer Command drop down menu
6. Select the dialer the project is running on from the Select Dialer drop down menu
7. Click the “Run” button to submit the command
