Copy Questions in your Questionnaire
You can copy questions using existing questions in Design View.

Click the Design View tab

On the right side of the screen, navigate to the question you want to copy

Click the “Copy” button

A popup box will appear

Enter the new question label for the question

Select which question you want to copy from the drop down menu

Click the “Copy Now” button

This will copy the question

If you don’t want to copy a question, click the “Cancel” button to exit and return to Design View
In this example, we are going to make a copy of Q1 and name it Q1b.
A popup box will appear. Q1B is the new question label for the question we are going to copy information to. A drop down menu will also appear asking where to copy the question to.
Q1B has been successfully copied from Q1 and placed after Q1A.
