The Clear Stations feature allows you to clear stations immediately. The interviewer will be cleared from a survey session immediately once the command is sent.

NOTE: This should be used with caution!

1. Click on the Manage Tab
2. Click Monitoring and Stations
3. Click Clear Stations
4. Select an environment from the drop down menu
5. Click the “Okay” button
6. Check each check box by the station that you want to clear
7. Click the “Clear Selected Interviewers” button
8. Stations will be cleared immediately and the interviewers will receive an on-screen message that they have been cleared
