Shopwide Dialer Configuration

These parameters are used when the dialer starts up. Dialer parameters cannot be changed once the dialer has started. For changes to take effect the dialer would need to be wiped out and reinitialized via the Dialer Control Page.  If you select “All Dialers”, then the setting will affect any dialer that does not already have a setting specified for it.

  1. Click on the Manage tab
  2. Click Shop and Server
  3. Click Dialer Configuration
  4. Select an environment from the drop down menu
  5. Select the dialer to work with from the Select Dialer drop down menu
  6. Modify any parameters
  7. Click the “Save Changes” button
