Sample Availability
The Sample Availability report shows sample availability statistics across ALL studies that are in the $CFMC/fone directory whether they are active or not.
- Click on the Project Tracking Tab
- Click Sample
- Click Sample Availability
- Select an environment from the drop down menu
- Click the “Go” button
- The report will display on the screen
Report Information
The Sample Availability report includes the following information:

| Study Code | Name of the Study |
| Fresh | Numbers that haven’t been dialed yet |
| Appointments | Scheduled callbacks |
| Morning/Afternoon/Evening/Saturday | Displays how many numbers will be dialed in the morning, afternoon, evening and weekend attempts |
| Special | Numbers that will only be distributed to interviewers assigned to a Special interviewer type |
| All Targeted Attempts | Numbers that have used all of their daypart attempts. They will remain in this bucket until a Supervisor releases them. |
| Hidden | Numbers that have been purposely hidden from the interviewer |
| At Intv | Numbers that do not belong to a particular stack |
| Resolved | Numbers that are dead and cannot be dialed anymore) |
| Total | Total amount of numbers |
