Erase Call Histories

The Erase Call History feature allows you to remove a call history or multiple call histories and return a number back to its prior state.  A select statement is required.  You cannot use the Zap ALL command to Zap all of your call histories.

  1. Click on the Manage Tab
  2. Click Manage Sample
  3. Click Erase Call Histories
  4. Select a study from the drop down menu
  5. Click the “Erase Call Histories” button
  6. Choose a ZAP Type:
    1. Clear ALL call histories (treat as new)
    2. Zap Previous Call’s history only (release for calling)
    3. Zap Previous Call’s history but save record of call
  7. Specify your Select Statement
  8. Click the “OK” button
