Session by Counts

The Session by Counts report produces the average times spent on completes, resolved calls, active calls and suspends to be called back. It also tracks the average amount of time an interviewer has been inactive whether they are between interviews, on a break, on lunch or in a meeting. It also provides the average amount of time a specific interviewer or study has been monitored and the average amount of time that was spent on coding that job. You can use this report to track interviewer as well as study information across specific time periods.

  1. Click on the Project Tracking Tab
  2. Click Session Reports
  3. Click Session by Counts
  4. Select the environment from the drop down menu
  5. Click the “Go” button
  6. Select Row to report on: Interviewer, Study or Dates
    1. If Interviewer is selected, choose the interviewers from the drop down menu, then select a date or date range to report on
    2. If Study is selected, choose the studies from the drop down menu, then select a date or date range to report on
    3. If Dates are selected, select a date or date range to report on
  7. Select Sort by: Interviewer, Study or Dates
  8. Select the date range to report on
  9. Click the “Run Report” button
  10. If the report already exists, a popup menu will appear asking you if you want to overwrite the report. Click the “Overwrite” button to overwrite it or the “Cancel” button to cancel the report creation
  11. The report will popup in a separate window
  12. You can download the session_by_counts.html  report as a zipped file

Interviewer Starts Number of interviewer starts including both active and resolved calls
Completed Interviews Number of completes
Breaks Number of people on break (not interviewing)
Lunches Number of people on lunch (not interviewing)
Meetings Number of people in meetings (not interviewing)
Updated Cases Number of cases that have been modified/updated
Interviews Monitored Number of interviewers monitored
Suspends Number of suspends to be call backed for completes
Resumes Completed Number of resumes that have been completed
Calls Made Total number of calls made
Specific Calls Made Number of specific calls made
Resolved Calls Made Number of resolved calls made
Timed Callback Calls Made Number of callbacks made
Other Active Status Calls Made Number of active calls made
Special Interviewer Calls Made Number of calls made as special interviewer types
