Change Callback Times

This allows users to change the callback time of phone numbers that are scheduled to be called back. When Altering Callback Times, you will be prompted for a select statement and a new time to call. You can use the keyword ALL to alter the times of ALL of your callback numbers.

  1. Click on the Manage Tab
  2. Click Manage Sample 
  3. Click Change Callback Times
  4. Select a study from the drop down menu
  5. Click the “Change Callback Times” button
  6. Specify your select statement or click ALL to alter ALL callback times
  7. Enter the NEW call back time
  8. Click the “OK” button
