Hide

The HIDE feature is often used to keep certain numbers from coming up to the interviewer. For example, if a quota group has been filled, you can hide those numbers to avoid going overquota. When you hide phone numbers, they are marked as hidden and put into stack 317. When issuing a hide command, you will be prompted for a select statement. You can use the keyword ALL to hide all of the numbers or you can use a select statement to hide certain numbers.

  1. Click on the Manage Tab
  2. Click Manage Sample
  3. Click Hide
  4. Select a study from the dropd own menu
  5. Click the “Hide Sample” button
  6. Specify your Select Statement or select the check box to hide all of the numbers
  7. Click the “OK” button
