Audio Monitoring
Multi-line Conference Call Monitoring
In addition to Survox’s already equipped audio monitoring features, an additional supplemental enhancement to Survox’s monitoring capabilities is the use of multi-line conference calling. This allows your customers the ability to grant their customers and clients a way to voice monitor interviewers and agents remotely off-site without physically being logged into a computer.
Also, this user type allows monitoring interviewers and agents without the use of Survmon. The added benefit is the flexibility and functionality of monitoring without using an additional PBX or telephony system to patch your customers and their clients through when monitoring a project. This also eliminates the need for them to have to be logged into a computer to obtain an extension on the dialer.
