You can edit questions in your questionnaire in Design View.  When editing a question, you can modify the question type, text, label or the question response list.

1. Click the Design View tab
2. On the right side of the screen, navigate to the question you want to edit
3. Click the “Magnifying Glass” button next to the question you want to edit or click on the Question Label
4. The Question Editor will open up
5. Make modifications to your question.
6. When finished, click the “Update Question Details” button to save your question changes
7. If modifying a response in a response list, click on the response you want to modify, make your changes and click the “Update Question Details” button to save your changes
8. Keep in mind that once you are in the Question Editor, you can also edit additional questions

In this example, we are editing the question SYSTEM.

We are adding a response into the existing response list.
