You can easily rotate your response list by choosing “Yes” from the Rotate Response(s) drop down menu in the question editor. This will rotate the entire response list unless you:

1. Add an Other Specify Code (this code will always remain at the bottom of the list). For more information on adding an Other Specify Code, click Other Specify Responses.
2. “Fix” a particular response code. For more information on fixing a response, refer to Fix Responses.

1. Access the Question Editor by clicking the  tab from the menu bar at the top of the page.
2. Navigate to the question where you want to Rotate your response and click on it.
3. Choose Yes from the drop down menu that says Rotate response(s)?
4. You must click the  button to save your changes.
5. To start a new question, click the  button.

In this example, the response codes 01-04 will Rotate.

NOTE: The question is NOT saved until you click the  button.
