You can edit your response list text by clicking on the response code and making your changes. Remember to Click the “Enter Question Details” button to save your changes.

1. Access the Question Editor by clicking the  tab from the menu bar at the top of the page.
2. Navigate to the question where you want to edit your response list.
3. Click on the response you want to edit and make the appropriate changes.
4. Click the  button or Hit Return.
5. The response will be modified.
6. To cancel your editing at any time, click the  button. Changes will not be saved.
7. You must click the  button to save your changes.
8. To start a new question, click the  button.

In this example, we are editing the first response code and changing it from “Single” to “Single, not married”.

NOTE: The modified response code is NOT saved until you click the  button.

The response text in code 01 has changed from “Single” to “Single, not married”.
