Dialer Configuration
These parameters are used when the study is started on the dialer. Dialing parameters can be changed but if the study has been started they will not take effect until the study is cleared from the server and restarted. If you select “All Dialers”, then the setting will affect any dialer that does not already have a setting specified for it.
By clicking on each option hyperlink, a description will display explaining the option.
- Click on the Manage tab
- Click Study Control
- Click Dialer Configuration
- Select a project from the drop down menu
- Select the dialer to work with from the Select Dialer drop down menu
- Modify any parameters
- Click the “Save Changes” button
