Resettable Quotas

This option will reset all of the .R quotas, which is the middle column displayed in triple quotas mode, to zero making it easier for you to keep track of your counts for a particular time period. This is used most often at the beginning of a shift to track productivity.   You can only use this option for a project built with triple quotas.

  1. Click on the Manage Tab
  2. Click Manage Quotas
  3. Click Resettable Quotas
  4. Select a project from the drop down menu
  5. Click the “Reset Quotas” button
  6. A confirmation screen will appear
  7. Click the “OK” button to reset the resettable quotas
