Verbatim listings that have been saved during the Run process will be listed under View.

1. Click on the Data Analysis Tab
2. Click Verbatims
3. Click View
4. Select a project from the drop down menu
5. Click the “Go” button

The Verbatim listings the Console user has access to will appear in a list on the screen.

A verbatim listing will NOT appear in View if you’ve set security and the user logged into the Console does not have access to that verbatim listing. By setting security on your verbatims, clients can have access to different verbatims. Simply click on the verbatim you want to see. It will appear in a separate window. When logged into the Console if you have access to that verbatim, you will not be prompted for a username and password. Non-Survox Console users will have to access the verbatims outside of the Console with the link and username/password set up for them if you set security on the files during the Run phase.

When viewing verbatim reports, you will see 4 columns:

1. The first column shows the display name of each verbatim report with it’s URL. These clickable links will open the verbatim report in a separate browser window.
2. The second column is a display of the verbatim report link that can be copied & pasted into your browser
3. The third column shows the date and time of when the verbatim report was last run
4. The fourth column gives you the ability to delete the verbatim report
5. If you wish to delete a report, click on the red ‘X’ next to the report

To give verbatim access to non-Survox Console users, it is highly recommended to set a username and password when saving the verbatims. You can then supply your client with a link to the verbatims and the appropriate user name and password to access the verbatims.
