View Complete
Viewing a complete allows you to view the data. Changes cannot be made while in View Mode. Viewing completes works on a case by case basis. You can find a specific case or go through the data file sequentially. No two people will be able to view the same case at the same time. If two people are viewing completes, each person will get the next available untouched case.
- Click the Data Analysis Tab
- Click Review Completes
- Click View Complete
- Select a project from the drop down menu
- Click the “Okay” button
- Click the “Start” button when the window opens up
Logging in to View Mode
You will not be prompted for an interviewer ID. The interviewer ID “NAVA” is now used. More than one user can view at the same time.
Once you’ve logged in, the next screen will show you specifics about the survey such as interviewer id and study code. Click the “View Completed Interviews” button to start viewing your survey. Click the “Quit” button to quit out.
Viewing a Specific CaseId
You will be prompted for the caseid you want to view. If you want to view a specific case, type the specific caseid and click the “Next” button. If you click the “Next” button without specifying a caseid, it will find the next available record to view.
Once you’ve entered a caseid, the next screen will show you a confirmation message displaying which caseid it picked up. Click the “Next” button to continue.
Entering Question Labels
To view specific question(s), type the label(s) of the question(s) you want to view (Multiple labels are accepted). If you leave this blank, it will automatically start at the beginning of the survey.
Viewing Questions
Use the “Next/accept changes” button to move from question to question. If you want to go to a specific question, type the label of the question in the [Label to GOTO] box.
Quitting Out
Once you’ve finished viewing cases and you’ve clicked the “Done Viewing Cases” button, type quit at the next screen where it asks you for a caseid.
To quit out, click the “Quit” button:
