Usage Reports

The usage reports will show either daily or monthly usage of  how many concurrent sessions run for all modes.

  1. The Usage reports run across all environments installed on the machine.
  2. The environment is required only so the files can be written out to the system.
  3. These reports can be run for both Monthly or Daily usage.
  4. Concurrency reports are based on the number of concurrent sessions for all modes that are running across all studies.
  5. The only months available will be for those after the initial installation of 8.7.1+ or you will receive an error message.
  6. If you enter a range of dates or months and any of them are missing, you will receive a report on only what is available.
  7. If the snapper counts file has been edited or broken somehow you will get an error.

Daily Concurrency Report

  1. Click on the Admin Tab
  2. Click on Usage Reports
  3. Select the Environment from the drop down menu
  4. Select the type of report to run
  5. For a daily concurrency report select the Peak Daily Concurrency (webSurvent Only) from the drop down menu
  6. Enter in the month or month range that you want to see the daily concurrency for
  7. Click the “Run” button to run the report and it will display on screen
  8. You will get an html version of the report in the page and an option to download an html version and/or a csv version of the report
  9. The report will contain each month available specified in the range, the dates for each month available, and the total number of concurrencies for each month available

Monthly Concurrency Report

After selecting the Environment from the drop down menu, select the type of report to run. For a monthly concurrency report select the Monthly Concurrency Report from the drop down menu. Enter in the month range that you want to see. Click the “Run” button to run the report and it will display on screen. You will get an html version of the report in the page and an option to download an html version and/or a csv version of the report.

  9. The report will contain each month available specified in the range, and the number of concurrencies listed by CATI, Web, and IVR.
