Using a !Phone,Convert_To_Respondent_Time Statement

A !PHONE,CONVERT_TO_RESPONDENT_TIME statement converts a local machine time into the respondent’s time.

Use the!SPECIAL,JULIAN_DATE_TIME to get the current time.

Example:

{ MachineTime:  .12!Special,Julian_date_time}{ RespondentTime:  .12!Phone,Convert_To_Respondent_Time,MachineTime }

NOTE: If you are just looking for the military time it will be the last 4 positions of the string.
