Receive Warning #9720 – Language Issue

I have received this warning:

(WARN #9720) language “sp”=”spanglish” is charset ‘U’, NOT charset ‘E’

What do I need to change?

Inversion8.6+ the default msgfile is UTF-8 and the spec is set up to run as NON-UTF8 in the study header.You will either need to change the spec to use the character_set UTF-8 which is what we recommend for all multi-language studies, or you will need to change the default msgfile to be NON-UTF8.
