How to list resolved records via the Survox Console.

You should be able to do a listing of resolved records using a select statement like the one below where if the last status of a record is greater 0, list those records out. When a record is resolved, the resolution status is stored in the final status location [5111.3]. A status of a “0” refers to the record being active.

[5111.3] > 0

5111.3 Final status of resolved call 0=unresolvedFINAL_STATUS

A complete listing of all the various data locations that you can use for select statements can be found in the Survox Online documentation which can be referenced in the link below for your convenience.

NOTE:Search for section “6.2.2 The Phone Record Format”.

You can do the list of resolved records using the above select statement via the Survox Console through“MANAGE” –> “MANAGE SAMPLE” –> “LIST SAMPLE”, then select the project and in the “List”.

Further elaborate information regarding how to list sample can be found in the Survox Online documentation which can also be referenced in the link below for your convenience.
