Format of the Server LL Records

All of the LL interviewer based records start with the same data in the first 39 columns.


The Supervisor/Monitor records have the same data up to column 25 since they do not have a studyname or interviewer ID associated with them

1-4: LL## ## (currently 03-18) is the type of log record

5-9: Nnnnn device (station) number – Note if non-web mode 5 will be blank

10-25: yy… year, month, day of month, hour (military time), minute, second, day of week (1=Monday), and julian date

26-33: ss… study code (8 character max, ***** if it has 9 or more, see 143-172 below)

35-38: iiii interviewer ID

Log type 01: Start times for supervisors, monitors and mentor processes

This allows you to report on supervisors and monitors in a similar manner to interviewer reporting. Another application would be to keep track of the length of Mentor processes. The record formats are the same, except one says start where the other says stop.
