Productivity Report
The Productivity report displays both active as well as resolved status information from the phone file. Such information includes: total calls made, completes, resolves, incidence, callbacks, busies, no answers, total phone hours, hours on completes, hours on suspends, hours on resolved statuses, hours on active statuses, calls per hour and completes per hour. You can use this report to track interviewer as well as study information across specific time periods.
- Click on the Project Tracking Tab
- Click Session Reports
- Click Productivity Report
- Select the environment from the drop down menu
- Click the “Go” button
- Select either “Interviewer rate per hour” or “Rate per complete”
- If Interviewer per hour is selected, enter in the interviewer rate
- If Rate per complete is selected, enter in the complete rate
- Select Row to report on: Interviewer, Study or Dates
- If Interviewer is selected, choose the interviewers from the drop down menu, then select a date or date range to report on
- If Study is selected, choose the studies from the drop down menu, then select a date or date range to report on
- If Dates are selected, select a date or date range to report on
- Select Sort by: Interviewer, Study or Dates
- Select the date range to report on
- Click the “Run Report” button
- If the report already exists, a popup menu will appear asking you if you want to overwrite the report. Click the “Overwrite” button to overwrite it or the “Cancel” button to cancel the report creation
- The report will popup in a separate window
- You can download the productivity.html report as a zipped file
Report Information
The Productivity report includes the following information:

Callbacks Scheduled | Amount of callbacks scheduled |
Busy/no Answer/Other Active | Amount of busies, no answers and other active statuses |
Total Phone Hours | Total phone hours including active and resolved statuses |
Hours on Completes | Total hours spent on completes |
Hours on Suspends | Total hours spent on suspends (callbacks to complete) |
Hours on Other Resolved | Total hours spent on resolved numbers other than completes |
Hours on Other Active | Total hours spent on active numbers |
Calls per Hour | Total calls per hour |
Completes per Hour | Total completes per hour |
Total Cost (based on Intv Rate) | Total cost based on Interviewer Rate entered |
