Gather Special Intv Numbers allows you to move numbers from other stacks to Special interviewer stacks. When issuing this command, you will be prompted for a select statement. You can use the keyword ALL to move all of the numbers into the Special Interviewer Stacks or you can use a select statement to move only certain numbers.

1. Click on the Manage Tab
2. Click Manage Sample
3. Click Gather Special Intv Numbers
4. Select a study from the drop down menu
5. Click the “Gather Special Intv Numbers” button
6. Specify a Select Statement or select the check box to move all of the special numbers
7. Click the “OK” button
