The theme selected will be applied to the index page created as well as other ancillary template files for your study. The type of index page created depends on whether you are running a webCATI or a webSurvent project. If it is a webSurvent project, it also depends on whether you have created an open webSurvent project (one that doesn’t require usernames and passwords) or a closed webSurvent project (one that does require usernames and passwords).

You can also apply a theme from a list of our standard predefined themes to the reports as well.

1. Click on the Project Setup Tab
2. Click Modify Web Options
3. Click Select A Theme
4. Select a project from the drop down menu
5. Choose to apply the look to either your survey or reports
   1. Each one needs to be chosen separately
6. Click “Go”
7. Select your theme from the standard templates provided
8. Click the “Select Theme” Button
