The Track Study Report creates a status report for a single study using the CGI Hitlog.  It reports hits, failed access by type, suspends, resumes, and terminates. Hit counts are based on all attempts so respondents can be counted multiple times. The report produces: study by hits, completes, resolved, terminates, and possible other categories such as errors, over the limit or failed access. You can run this report on all dates or specify a date range.

1. Click on the Project Tracking Tab
2. Click Web Response
3. Click Track Study
4. Select a project from the drop down menu
5. Choose all dates or specify a date range
6. Click the “Run Web Access Report” button
7. The report will open up in a separate window
8. Available file for download will appear on the screen
9. You can click the  “Check All” box to select all the file, the “Uncheck All” box to deselect all the file, or you can select the specific file hyperlink that you want to download
10. This file will be automatically compressed and saved as a zip file
11. Click the “Download” button to download the file
