Project Tracking
The Project Tracking feature enables you to track information such as reports by interviewer, study and quota; session reports by id, times, averages and counts; all numbers available within a particular market; phone reports on your sample files; quota reports on completes and amount left to finish; call availability, call parameters and current call scheduling reports; and web access reports to track study as well as password.
Project Tracking Reports Include:
| Tracking Report | Description |

| Dashboards | Productivity reports by interviewer and study, Shop Summary reports, and Survox Dashboards. These reports are a “snapshot” of activity and update every 5 seconds. |
| Session Reports | Produces Session reports by id, times, averages, counts, completes, active calls, resolved calls and productivity. |
| Markets | Displays all numbers available within a particular market. |
| Quota | Produces quota reports on completes and calculates the amount left to finish. |
| Sample | Reports include: call availability, call parameters, current call scheduling, and phone reports for each study. |
| Web Response | Produces web access reports to track study as well as password or a date range. |
