You can move a response up or down by clicking the gold up/down arrows that appear next to the left of each response. The up arrow moves the response up. The down arrow moves the response down.

When moving a response up or down in the list, the response code will change. Therefore, the list will always remain sequential.

NOTE: A Gray arrow indicates that the response cannot be moved in that particular direction.

1. Access the Question Editor by clicking the  tab from the menu bar at the top of the page.
2. Navigate to the question where you want to Move your response up or down.
3. Click on the specific response you want to Move in the list.
4. To Move a response up one level in the list, click the orange up arrow . The response will Move up one position. To Move the same response up another level in the list, click the up arrow again. The response will Move up one position.
5. To Move a response down one level in the list, click the orange down arrow . The response will Move down one position. To Move the same response down another level in the list, click the down arrow again. The response will Move down one position.
6. You must click the  button to save your changes.
7. To start a new question, click the  button.

In this example, we are Moving code 04 “Poor” up one level.

The result shows the last code of “Poor” has been Moved up in the list and changed from code 04 to 03. The response code “Good” code has Moved down one level in the list and has changed from code 03 to 04.
