Erase Call Histories
The Erase Call History feature allows you to remove a call history or multiple call histories and return a number back to its prior state. A select statement is required. You cannot use the Zap ALL command to Zap all of your call histories.
- Click on the Manage Tab
- Click Manage Sample
- Click Erase Call Histories
- Select a study from the drop down menu
- Click the “Erase Call Histories” button
- Choose a ZAP Type:
- Clear ALL call histories (treat as new)
- Zap Previous Call’s history only (release for calling)
- Zap Previous Call’s history but save record of call
- Specify your Select Statement
- Click the “OK” button
