Survox supported SER / EIS dialer products

Survox supports SER / EIS dialer products that have the SHIP “gateway” protocol.

Supported versions are 4.0 and higher. Attached are some release notes on the support SER dialer products that Survox supports for third party dialer integration.

Please keep in mind that not all SER dialer products have the SHIP “gateway” protocol.
