Mentor proc to convert a .qff to a .qsp

You can convert a .qffto a .qspand just add >purgesame at the top and a ~end to the bottom of the converted out .qspand that will make it a .qpx that you should be able to compile.

You will need to put this into a Mentor spec and run it accordingly.
