How to reverse a kill or zap process
To undo zapped records: Attached is a spec called UNDOZAP.SPX that will read a fone file or ASCII records that were incorrectly zapped and will try to undo the zap process as best as possible.
To undo killed records: Attached is a spec called UNDOKILL.SPX that will read a fone file or ASCII records that were incorrectly killed and will try to undo the kill process as best as possible.
The typical process for this, is to use the D option in Foneutil to delete out the records you want to work on. Run those records through Mentor using the appropriate spec file above (after making edits in the spec file).
Use the output from that run as input to Fonebuld using the ASCII option.
