Layout for the interviewer summary log files used for reporting

Below is the current layout for the interviewer summary log files (intvrlog.<yyyy>_<mm>_<dd>

There will be a new interviewer summary log file created each day and that file will have one record for every interviewing session. Each time an interviewers logs out and logs back in or changes studies, a new record will be created for that session. The data in that file is updated real time so you can run live reports from them.
