Survox and TCPA Compliance

The Survox software enables our customers to dial phone numbers in a variety of ways. There are 2 attached documents that discuss TCPA regulations and Survox capabilities. One is a summary from the v8.7 release notes that describes our four dialing modes. The other is an artlicle that will be published in MRA’s magazine, describing the range of ways our customers use the software to dial different types of phone numbers.

TCPA compliance is not up to the software. Rather each of our customers must determine how they will use the software and the role the dialer plays in their compliance approach.
