WebDash/dashboard not functioning or populating properly

Typically if the $CFMC/intvr_logdirectory is not specified or enabled in the $CFMC/parmfile for theInterviewer_log_files_directory variable, your “stations” page will not populate as part of the dashboard.

However, one other reason that the dashboard does not populate is if the studyserver is started up on a cron. We recommend that you check to see if the cron has the “CFMCACCOUNT” variable specified, since this could cause an issue with the stationsfile not showing up as well.

Updating your crontab to set the environment variable of “CFMCACCOUNT” to point to the cfmc account environment going forward and restarting your studyserver should get the “stations” page on the dashboard to show up again.
