View Custom Web Tables
Custom Web Tables that have been saved during the “Run” process will be listed under “View”.
- Click the Data Analysis tab
- Click Custom Web Tables
- Click View
- Select a project from the drop down menu
- Click the “Go” button
The Custom Web Tables your user has access to will appear in a list on the screen.
Custom Web Tables will NOT appear in View if you’ve set security and the user logged into the Survox Console does not have access to that Custom Web Table. By setting security to your Web Tables, clients can have access to different Web Tables. Simply click on the Web Table you want to see. It will appear in a separate window. non-Survox Console users will have to access the Web Tables outside of the Console with the link and username/password set up for them if you set security on the files during the “Run” phase.
When viewing Custom Web Tables, you will see 4 columns:
- The first column shows the display name of each Custom Web Table report with it’s URL. These clickable links will open the custom web table in a separate browser window.
- The second column is a display of the Custom Web Table report link that can be copied & pasted into your browser
- The third column shows the date and time of when the Custom Web Table was last run
- The fourth column gives you the ability to delete the Custom Web Table
- If you wish to delete a report, click on the red ‘X’ next to the report
Viewing Tables Outside the Survox Console
To give Web Table access to non-Survox Console users, it is highly recommended to set a username and password when saving the web table. You can then supply your client with a link to the web tables and the appropriate user name and password to access the web tables.
