Monitoring and Stations
Start and stop interviewing stations and monitor webCATI and webSurvent interviewing sessions.
| Command | Description |
|---|---|
| Authorize webCATI | Authorize webCATI stations to work on specified projects or change to another webCATI project. |
| Start Station(s) | Start stations on a specific CATI projects, change to another project or change the interviewing mode of an interviewer. |
| Stop Station(s) | Stop stations on a specific project. |
| Clear Station(s) | Clear selected stations. |
| Tell Station(s) | Send a message to selected stations. |
| Monitor | Allows you to visually monitor webCATI or webSurvent interviews. |
| Audio Monitoring | Allows you to Monitor the Audio on the Survox dialer by clicking the interviewer you would like to listen to. |
